1. Service
ComplyAI provides compliance analytics software that estimates UAE Emiratisation obligations based on data you provide and MOHRE-published rules. The service is analytics, not legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client or advisory relationship.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload (employee lists, trade licenses) and for verifying your compliance position with MOHRE before acting. Rules and fine amounts change; while we track them, the authoritative source is always MOHRE.
3. Subscriptions & billing
The Business plan is billed monthly at AED 499 through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. New subscriptions are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload data you have no right to process, not to misuse the service to construct non-genuine ('fake') Emiratisation arrangements, and not to resell access without written agreement.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ComplyAI's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for fines, contributions, or consequential losses arising from data you provide or decisions you make.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, with the Dubai courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
